Lamar Valley
Ce jour-là nous nous sommes levés extra-tôt afin de ne rien manquer de la vie sauvage aux aurores dans la Lamar Valley. je caressais le fol espoir d'y voir des loups, réputés préférer cette partie du parc. Malheureusement toute cette avance durement acquise fut mise à mal aux abords de la vallée, ou nous avons été retenus bêtement tandis que le soleil se levait par des travaux et une circulation alternée qui ne nous était pas favorable (l'attente n'était pas simplement de quelques minutes). Bon, Sœur aurait peut-être vu un coyote. Quant à mon objectif 18-55 mm, c'est laborieusement qu'il captura quelques antilocapra americana.
That day we arranged for an early rise. We had great plans involving rarer wildlife of the Lamar Valley such as the much-craved for sighting of wolves. All for nothing since as we approached the valley, we had to stop the car for a little while (more like half an hour or so it seemed). The cause was work on the road and alternate traffic circulation. Meanwhile, the sun was arising rapidly in the sky and was already there by the time we got to our destination. Well. So…… Sister, she might have spotted a coyote. Also, my poor 18-55 lense was having the trouble of its life capturing some antelopes (also called pronghorns) afar.
Trout Lake
Après cette courte balade, nous sommes repartis en vadrouille sans but précis, j'ai pris en photo d'autres antilopes sur le chemin, et nous avons rendu visite à un arbre fossilisé. After this short walk, we took off once more in the unknown. I got more shots of antelopes, and then we went to see a fossilized tree.
